I Suggest if any state in the fifty states refuses to turn over voter rolls, Federal Govt file sanctions against those states who fail to comply and the States must testify to Congress Why? Failure to comply should be reason for Fines up to $100,000 for each Illegal person or Not Registered found voting. If situations are found that dead people are still on Register $ 100,000,000 for each occurrence.
Mail in Voting for these Non Compliance States must be suspended A.S.A.P unless proof by a certified Medical Physician that the Federal Government approves, signed proof with the mail ballot and audits to verify each mail in Ballot along with a Picture ID on or before the Election date.
All Military mail in Ballots must be stamped by a Notary and a code before filling out the ballot and Documented in a Military Log book along with a Picture Id of each ballot and the log book must remain in watch of the Superior Officer at all times, Labeled "Top Secret" and filed under lock and Key at all times. Any America who wishes to vote outside the USA must provide a copy of Picture ID and must mail in the ballot ten days before Election and a Secret Code stamped inside which gives proof of Citizenship verified and Documented to show date and Location and DOB of person voting from afar,( outside the USA) . That is probably the same reason why all the other blue states are refusing to turn over their voting rolls to the federal government for verification. And New Jersey is a small state compared to some of these other blue states.

I don't understand how issuing a driver's license to an undocumented individual in any way registers them to vote. It simply allows them to drive legally. Showing your ID at a voting booth in no way puts your name on the rolls which they are required to check your ID against. So what is the problem with making sure people can pass a driving test, then allowing them to drive in America? This whole argument seems like trumped up hype to me. We need people, even visitors, to be able to drive.
The issue is not with testing the understanding of state driving laws of foreign nationals. The problem is the added feature of automating registering the foreign national as a voter as part of the driver's license issuance process. That was done on purpose via custom computer code whether the individual foreign national intended to do it or not. This is the purposely introduced 'computer glitch'. When the foreign national took their state issued driver's license to a polling place, obtained a ballot (because they were wrongly placed on the voter rolls) and voted, that foreign national committed voter fraud.
