A pro-Trump activist, dubbed “Gays for Trump Guy,” confronted woke comedian Walter Masterson in front of Trump Tower in NYC for supporting minors accessing irreversible gender surgeries and hormone blockers.
“Every movie star has a kid who’s trans!” he shouted at Masterson. “It’s wrong!! When your an adult you can decide whether you want to be a man or a woman or a dog or a cat, but when you’re under 18 you don’t get touched by a doctor!”

Trump to meet Mamdani at Gracie Mansion during UN visit
Mayor Zohran Mamdani will host President Donald Trump at Gracie Mansion Monday during Trump’s UN General Assembly visit, marking the first time Mamdani has invited Trump to the residence, with the meeting focused on issues affecting New York City.
The two have maintained a surprisingly warm relationship despite sharp policy disagreements, including Mamdani’s criticism of Trump’s Venezuela raid and his pledge to arrest Netanyahu — an authority Mamdani has since acknowledged he doesn’t actually have.
Trump is set to address the UN Tuesday, with Netanyahu speaking Thursday, before Trump returns to Washington for a high-stakes meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, who hasn’t visited the U.S. since 2023.

Denver photojournalist tied to socialist candidate arrested amid violent anti-ICE protest
Armando Geneyro, a Denver photojournalist connected to NYC DSA congressional candidate Melat Kiros, was arrested for allegedly kicking a counterprotester during a chaotic September 4 anti-ICE student walkout that led to at least three hospitalizations, though he was later released with only a citation, the Washington Free Beacon reports.
Geneyro reportedly has close access to Kiros, who called the student demonstrators “brave” at her election-night celebration alongside far-left figure Hasan Piker.
Other adults at the protest, including activists with histories of confrontational behavior, were seen encouraging students to attack counterprotesters during the demonstration. Rep. Jeff Crank has since called on the Justice Department to investigate the violence at the rally.
GOP lawmaker seeks to remove Congress’ get rich quick loopholes
GOP Rep. Young Kim introduced legislation to close what she calls a loophole allowing lawmakers to indirectly benefit from earmarks — such as securing federal funding for projects that boost nearby property values they or family members own — building on a July stock-trading restriction bill.
Current rules only require lawmakers to certify that they or their spouses lack financial interest in earmark recipients; Kim’s bill would extend that to immediate family and indirect benefits like increased property values.
Kim cited past controversies, including Dennis Hastert’s 2006 parkway earmark near his property and Stephen Lynch’s earmarks benefiting a health center employing his wife, as examples of the practice she aims to curb, emphasizing the bill isn’t targeting specific colleagues.
