Rampersad had been listed as missing before her status was updated to presumed deceased. The total number of US service members killed since the Iran war began now stands at 18.
US Central Command conducted strikes against Iran for an 11th consecutive night Tuesday, targeting military operations centers, maritime capabilities, aircraft hangars, drone storage facilities, and logistics infrastructure. CENTCOM said the campaign is focused on degrading Iran’s ability to threaten commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, where Iran has attacked more than 30 commercial vessels over the past three months.

Friday saw the largest infrastructure escalation yet, with US strikes destroying a major surveillance tower in Chabahar, severing bridges into Bandar Abbas — Iran’s main port city handling roughly half its trade and 85% of container traffic — and targeting power infrastructure. The hardened posture follows the collapse of last month’s US-Iran memorandum of understanding, which Trump declared finished after Iran resumed attacks on commercial shipping. He has since dismissed negotiations as fruitless.

I do support President Trump. I do though disagree with him trying to negotiate a peace deal with the death cult Islamic regime in Iran. That cult needs to be completely eradicate and the country turned back over to the Persian people. The Persian people have suffered for far too long. Thank you Jimmy Carter.
