There are fair lending laws that were obviously broken here. When are people going to be put in handcuffs?

This is happening under the Obama administration. Joe Biden is a puppet to Obama.

Gosh, how the tables are turned and now the Republicans are doing it to others. Who would’ve thought?

Nearly 100,000 complaints reviewed across nine of the largest banks gives this OCC report real weight, and the WePay screening list of terms tied to MAGA and America First may be its most revealing detail. Once reputation risk becomes a catch-all, a pro-family nonprofit or a small gun shop can lose basic banking without ever hearing a clear reason. Lines like "your risk profile no longer aligns with the bank's risk tolerance" leave customers with nothing to appeal. Equally telling is that the banks, when pressed, could not offer quantifiable standards. Clear written criteria applied the same way to every customer would protect the banks too, since vague standards are exactly what invites regulators and lawsuits. Worth watching whether Congress writes any of this into statute so it survives the next administration.
